We are pleased to inform you that ELyT Workshop 2024 will be held in March as follows.

"Registration" and "Presentation submission" forms will be announced soon, after finalizing the details.

- Venue:
  March 11: TFC House of Creativity on Katahira Campus, Tohoku University (co-organized with TFC)
  March 12 & 13: in the suburb of Sendai (TBA)

ELyTWorkshop is a joint event with the TFC Future Society design Program entitled Sustainable Structural Integrity for Energy Infrastructure

- Monday, March 11
Please book your hotel in Sendai by yourself.

- Tuesday, March 12
A workshop secretariat will book your room around the workshop venue.
We will ask for your request later.

// Transportation to/from the workshop venue on Tuesday and Wednesday //
Tuesday, March 12: depart from IFS, Katahira campus by chartered bus in the morning.
Wednesday, March 13: leave the venue by chartered bus and arrive at Sendai station early evening.

* Deadline: Thursday, February 15
Please prepare your abstract with the template attached to this email, if you would like to make a presentation.
We will announce how to submit your presentation soon.
