12th Japanese-French Frontiers of Science (JFFoS) Symposium

The Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) and the CNRS are launching a call for applications for the 12th Franco-Japanese Frontiers of Science Symposium (JFFoS), which will be held from June 4 to 7, 2026 in Japan. Aimed at 30 young French researchers and 30 Japanese researchers, this symposium aims to promote interdisciplinary dialogue between the natural sciences, the humanities and the social sciences.
 
The participants, designated as discussants, will take part in all the sessions, present their work in poster form and actively contribute to the scientific exchanges, exclusively in English. All costs related to participation (return travel, accommodation, on-site catering) are covered by the organizing institutions.
